EPWP Clothing Purchase Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment and Order Delivery:

    • EPWP Clothing does not deliver orders until they are fully paid for. Clients are welcome to inspect and count their orders in the shop before payment.
  2. Variation in Orange Shades:

    • EPWP T-shirts, overalls, hats, and caps are available in various orange shades. We will supply only the shade with all sizes, regardless of client approval for another shade. The EPWP CI Guideline allows flexibility as long as the color is close to CI colors.
  3. Goods Release Policy:

    • All goods will be released upon receipt of full payment. No items will be delivered or made available for collection until payment is received.
  4. Discount Adjustments for Multiple Item Quotes:

    • If quoted for more than two items and given a discount, but the client decides to take only one item, the discount will revert to the previous price without notice. Invoices will reflect the previous discount prices. Discounts are calculated based on the total order value of all items.
  5. Lead Times and Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • EPWP Clothing encourages clients to plan purchases ahead of time. While striving for shorter lead times, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances such as power cuts or stock unavailability might affect delivery times. We purchase items from our suppliers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  6. VAT and Purchase Subjectivity:

    • All purchases made through EPWP Clothing are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate.
  7. Product Inspection and Returns:

    • Clients are encouraged to thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt. Any discrepancies or concerns regarding the received items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Returns and exchanges will be facilitated as per our return policy.
  8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as per our refund policy. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
  9. Limitation of Liability:

    • EPWP Clothing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased items.
  10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law:

    • Any disputes arising from the purchase and sale of goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
  11. Modification of Terms:

    • EPWP Clothing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes.

Payment Terms for EPWP Clothing:

  1. Deposit:

    • A deposit of 65% of the total order value is required upon confirmation of the order. This deposit is necessary to secure the production and processing of the order.
  2. Balance Payment:

    • The remaining balance amounting to 35% of the total order value must be settled in full before the collection or delivery of the ordered items.
  3. Payment Method:

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or any other agreed-upon method. Details for payment will be provided upon order confirmation.
  4. Collection or Delivery:

    • Orders will be made available for collection or delivery only after the full balance payment has been received and confirmed by EPWP Clothing.
  5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, and a refund will be provided in adherence to our refund policy. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
  6. Late Payments:

    • EPWP Clothing reserves the right to withhold order processing, delivery, or collection if payments are not made within the specified time frame. Late payments may result in delays in fulfilling the order.
  7. Confirmation of Payment:

    • It is the responsibility of the client to provide proof of payment for both the deposit and the balance. Order processing will commence upon confirmation of payment.
  8. Exceptions:

    • Exceptions to these payment terms may be made based on prior agreements between EPWP Clothing and the client, subject to mutual consent and documented confirmation.
  9. Modification of Terms:

    • EPWP Clothing reserves the right to modify these payment terms at its discretion. Any changes or modifications will be communicated to the client in writing.
